True No-Worries Flying
You are on vacation and we want to make it easy! Here is how we make it a great experience for K2 Guests.
Make a Deposit
Confirm your trip by providing a 50% deposit. You can pay the balance the day you fly. We happily accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card.
K2 Aviation needs the accurate weight of each guest. This is imperative for airplane safety and loading.
How We Handle Cancellations
If you are unable to fly because of weather, we give you the chance to reschedule or receive a full refund of what you have paid.
Need to Cancel?
Easy! Just contact our office at least 48 hours before your scheduled flight and receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled departure, 50 percent of your trip cost applies – this includes no-shows.
Cancellation by K2 Aviation due to weather will be refunded for 100% of the price paid.
Making a Reservation
This can be done through our website or by calling our office. What we will need to confirm a reservation:
- Party name and the individual name of each person in group
- Individual weights
- Date, time and flight tour
- A 50 percent deposit

Additional Information
No medical facilities or services are available in remote locations. We are not responsible or liable for any cancellations, expenses, or delays incurred as a result of conditions over which we have no control. K2 Aviation reserves the right to withdraw and/or cancel any excursion offered at any time and make changes to itineraries as may be found necessary for safety. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.
